The Holy Father not only accepted the valuable facsimile edition but also contributed the foreword for this extraordinary work.

The Bible of Mercy – A Masterpiece of Faith

The Bible of Mercy is more than a book – it is a symbol of love and devotion. Created during the Holy Year of Mercy (Iubilaeum Extraordinarium Misericordiae), proclaimed by Pope Francis from 8 December 2015 to 20 November 2016, this exclusive edition was published in a limited and numbered series of 2,016 copies.

Featuring stunning illustrations and exceptional craftsmanship, it exemplifies the uniqueness of the Holy Scriptures. Most notably, each copy is accompanied by Pope Francis’ personal blessing.

A Sign of Hope: Charity at the Heart

Beyond its artistic and spiritual value, the Bible of Mercy also contributes to doing good. A portion of the proceeds from its sale is donated to support a children’s hospital in Africa. This work thus combines faith with practical compassion – fully in line with the Pope’s vision.
